Health Consciouss operates as an authorized collection network partnering with Apollo Diagnostics. Our specialized role includes phlebotomist dispatch, doorstep sample collection with sterile single-use vacutainers, cold-chain preservation, and digital report delivery. All biological assays and testing are processed strictly within NABL accredited Apollo laboratory facilities.

2. Home Collection & 29-Minute Speed Protocol

We fulfill home visits within 29 minutes from appointment confirmation for locations situated within our active operational radius in Delhi NCR.

• Fasting: Patients must adhere to recommended fasting (10–12 hours for lipid/sugar profiles).
• Sterility: Phlebotomists use fresh, sealed vacutainer needles unsealed in front of the patient.
• Safety: Personnel follow biomedical waste management and hygiene protocols.

3. Turnaround Time (TAT) & Digital Reports

Diagnostic reports are generated within 24 to 48 hours following sample collection, verified by Apollo pathologists, and delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp and Email.

4. Pricing, Payments & Cancellation
